There is a beautiful restaurant we pass every night on our walk where the chef is making his fresh pasta for all to see. I am intrigued by his skill and beauty of the product. He was making spinach tortellini tonight. Other nights he is making beautiful linguini and ravioli. I am going to get a picture of his linguini maker….it is a wooden box with wire that looks like guitar strings. It fascinates me every time! Rod and I are talking about making fresh pasta once a week, and oh, yes, tortillas as well….what a lovely thing to look forward to…..Do you have a favourite pasta recipe? Post it on my comments…..
